Functional Objects

Functional Objects emerges from my desire to bring beauty into everyday life. I enjoy being surrounded by pieces that offer warmth, presence, and a sculptural quality to daily routines. I create soap dishes, bowls, planters, plates, and serving pieces as small sculptures meant to be used, touched, and lived with.

Each object grows from the same intuitive process that guides my sculptural work: a direct dialogue with clay, an attention to gesture, and a search for forms that invite both the hand and the eye. Undulating surfaces, softened edges, and lively textures create pieces that accompany daily life with harmony and beauty.

In this series, function does not limit expression; it expands it. These objects become everyday companions—presences that transform the ordinary into something more attentive, more sensory, more personal. They are sculptures you can use, and objects that breathe like sculptures.
